TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. The classes are booked monthly and payments are monthly via card payment/paypal.
  2. For any cancellations on classes please notify me via email.
  3. The classes will take place via zoom or skype.
  4. If the student needs to set the class to another date I must be notified via email two days prior to the class.
  5. For any detailed requirements on a subject or a class, I must be notified with a week’s notice prior to the class.
  6. Any cancelations need to be made 24 hours prior to class or you will still be charged.

There will still be a charge of class for any classes not changed within the cancelation or change time period.

The following dates are unavailable:

  1. November 20th and 21st 2022.

2. December 20th to January 5th 2023.

3. January 14th 2023.

4. March 10th, 12th and 13th 2023.

For any classes that will be affected by the previous dates, I will gladly rearrange a class before or after the date if necessary.

By confirming your classes you are also confirming and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Also respond with the date and time of when you would like to have your classes, for those who would like to keep the time and day the same as last year also confirm this too.
